Chief Executive Officer
Sayu Abend

As SpacePointe’s chief executive officer, Ms. Abend is responsible for leading the company’s overall market strategy, vision and execution. She founded SpacePointe in 2014 with the sole intent to innovate around the needs of small-to-medium enterprise. Prior to that she was Head of Sales operations at InComm Inc., managing product innovation, standardization and deployment into various markets. Before then, she headed up IT Strategy and Executive at InComm Inc., and was responsible for end-to-end strategy and project execution for Information Technology organization. She assisted in growing the company’s revenues from 1B to 15B over 5 years by designing cutting edge solutions, aligning product strategy and innovation with development to realize cost savings, accelerate performance, and sustain systematic flexibility.

Chief Operations Officer
Osato Osayande

Mr. Osayande is a serial entrepreneur and Chief Operations Officer. Prior to founding SpacePointe, he was the founder and CEO of Parren Farms which is currently one of the biggest poultry and produce farms in South West Nigeria. He currently serves on the board of directors. Previously, Mr Osayande served as the Chief Operations Officer at One Source Consulting and was responsible for operational consulting as well as project execution across multiple segments of the Nigerian Government. He was also responsible for heading up the company’s corporate strategy and operational management. Osato holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Uyo in Nigeria. He has a proven track record of execution excellence and results. His wide range of executive roles has given him the needed expertise across all aspects of business from strategic planning, operations, sales and marketing.
