Role and Responsibilities

  • Establish standard procedures for client onboarding and maintain in accordance with company best practices

  • Assist in the development of a workflow process to support the onboarding objectives of the company

  • Understand the onboarding process from all aspects – compliance, operations, and be able to develop strategies to meet varied requirements within a defined timeline

  • Develop meaningful relationships with key internal stakeholders through regular communication and strategic programs

  • Prepare onboarding updates, present to stakeholder groups and to senior management across the firm

  • Demonstrate the ability to identify risks, anticipate issues and maintain controls in a fast-paced environment

  • Utilize strategic communication skills to influence internal partners and achieve desired results

  • Demonstrate success in all phases of onboarding and client account maintenance, including consistently enhancing the process incrementally over time

  • Oversee the completion of internal requirements/setup for all onboarding events by tracking, documenting and reporting on progress to senior management

  • Escalate issues to senior leadership


  • Experience managing small teams or projects a plus

  • A strong understanding of operational processes, challenges and issues

  • Past successes in contributing to business transformation projects

  • Previous Client Onboarding or similar experience

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • B.sc Degree in Social Science or related field
